We are ReviewPulser ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a business review management platform that helps businesses manage Google Business Profile reviews more efficiently. We operate the website at https://reviewsai-lpb3.onrender.com/ and any related products and services that link to these terms.
These Legal Terms form a binding agreement between you and ReviewPulser. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

2. Our services What ReviewPulser does
ReviewPulser is a SaaS platform that helps businesses manage their Google Business Profile reviews more efficiently. It connects to a business’s Google account, gathers incoming reviews, and provides an AI-assisted dashboard for drafting, reviewing, and publishing professional responses.
3. User registration Account requirements
You may be required to create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Purchases and payment Billing and fees
If you purchase a subscription or any paid service, you agree to provide current and accurate payment information. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees through the payment method you provide.
5. Subscriptions Renewal and cancellation
Some features may be offered on a subscription basis. Unless you cancel before renewal, subscriptions may automatically renew for the applicable billing period. You may cancel your subscription using the methods made available in the app or by contacting support.
6. Prohibited activities Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Advertise or offer to sell goods or services through the platform.
- Sell or transfer your account or profile.
- Engage in fraud, abuse, harassment, spam, or unlawful conduct.

11. Limitations of liability Reasonable cap on claims

12. Dispute resolution Informal negotiation first
Before filing a formal claim, you and we agree to first try to resolve any dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
